Shipping and Delivery

All of our puzzles will be delivered right to your door. Delivery charges are based on the actual charges we pay and depend on weight and distance. Depending on these parameters, orders will generally be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. We strive to choose the best possible price for the delivery service.

Deliveries do not include signature upon receipt. If you think you cannot receive the package and there is no safe place to leave it, please provide us with another address. If you want delivery to a depot of one of our carriers, additional charges may apply. You must contact us to inform us if you experience a problem related to a delivery without signature so that we can find a solution either by email at info@jacaroupuzzles.com or by phone at 450.218.0610 We cannot be held responsible if the package is left at your door and is subsequently lost, but we will still try to understand what happened and find a solution if possible. You have to understand that we also pay for delivery and that we are in the same customer situation with our carriers.

Delivery in Canada

Delivery is free in Quebec with a purchase amount of $80 or more before taxes. Fixed delivery charges in Quebec are $14.99. The normal delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. You will receive an order tracking number by email.

We don't offer free deliveries to PO Box addresses. If you cannot provide a street address number to deliver your order, FREE shipping or FLAT rate shipping cannot and will not be applied.
We use shipping companies that offer better rates than Canada Post to be able to offer free shipping and these companies will only deliver to a street address.
If you cannot provide us with a postal address, we will cancel and refund the order or charge you shipping costs to send it to you.
*(with the exception of the Far North regions. Free delivery is offered in some provinces only. These prices are subject to change without notice).

Please note: certain regions of Quebec are excluded from our delivery territory, in particular the regions of the far north. If the system still accepts the transaction with free or flat rate shipping, we will cancel the order and refund the transaction.

The price of delivery for other Canadian provinces is variable. It is impossible to determine the costs beforehand without knowing the weight and size of the final package. The system will be able to show you the estimated cost of transport with the delivery cost calculator before finalizing the order by simply entering the province and the postal code.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Orders made on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. We will send you an email with the information to track your package according to the transport chosen.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada. If you have any further questions about the shipping and handling of your order, please contact us.

Our delivery times are:

Regional: 2-3 days (Quebec and Ontario)

National: 2-7 days (from one Canadian city to another Canadian city ex: MTL-Vancouver)

USA: 4 to 10 business days depending on the region. Shipments for the United States will be shipped via UPS. US Customs generally applies brokerage fees on shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the US Postal Service.

Note: UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot provide a street address number to deliver your order, FREE shipping or FLAT rate shipping cannot and will not be applied. A shipment addressed to a PO Box can experience delays, is not covered by any UPS service guarantees, and is assessed an address correction surcharge. If you only have a PO box, please contact us and we will offer you a shipping option that will have to be paid for us to ship your order. If not, we will cancel the order and refund your Payment.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery by one of our carriers, the products will then be returned to us. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. If you wish to have the items returned, an additional fee will also be charged.

DELIVERY TO A THIRD PERSON

You can have a purchase delivered directly to another person, at no additional cost.

All you have to do, when making the payment, is to enter your own address in "billing address" (to which we will send the invoice for the purchases) and in "delivery address", the address of the person to whom you want the items to be delivered.

Inventory imbalance during an order

Although we pay particular attention to our inventories, there may be inventory imbalances for which we are not responsible. This issue may indicate that an item is available for sale online, but in reality is no longer. If ever this is the case with one of your orders, a customer service agent will contact you to inform you of the missing item and see with you if you want to add an item in order to still benefit from the free delivery promotion for example.
