All of our puzzles will be delivered directly to your door. The delivery costs are based on the actual costs we pay and depend on the weight and the distance. Depending on these parameters, orders will generally be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
We strive to choose the best possible price for the delivery service. Deliveries do not include signature upon receipt. Shipping is free in Quebec with a purchase amount of $ 75 or more before taxes. The flat rate in Quebec is $ 14.99. The normal delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. You will receive an order tracking number by email.

Please note: certain regions of Quebec are excluded from our delivery territory, notably the regions of the far north. If the system still accepts the transaction with free or fixed rate delivery, we will cancel the order and refund the transaction.
USA Order Shipping Information / Flat rate shipping
Orders shipped to USA should arrive within 7 to 15 days. For all orders shipped to USA we are using UPS services. Take note that UPS does not deliver to a PO Box address in USA. Please provide us with a regular address to ship to. We will provide a tracking number to trace your order once shipped. Parcels will be left at door step if you are absent and will not require a signature.
If your State, is not on our list, you may ask for a shipping rate in an email before you proceed with the order. We will make sure you get the best rate possible.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, we will refund everything except the shipping costs. Simply return the article if you are not satisfied. Nevertheless, your disappointment must be justified. Therefore, please contact us to give us the reasons for your return requests.
The buyer pays the delivery costs of the returned items unless the product is defective. The refund will be made once returned items received. We will reimburse also your shipping fees for the return if we can see that the product is defective.

On the other hand, you must understand that to benefit from this service, the product must have been purchased new and for less than 6 months. Beyond this period, it may be difficult to respond to your request. We do not replace products purchased second hand or that have already been completed. As soon as you notice a defect, it is important to contact us to remedy the situation quickly.
Our puzzles can please you to the point that you want to frame them. We never use glue on our side to frame our puzzles so we are not familiar with the process. If you use any adhesive or other products to keep the puzzle, we are not responsible for any damage caused by these products. Please do the test on a small surface before proceeding. It would be a pity if a newly assembled puzzle was ruined.
Our manufacturer produces our puzzles with the utmost care, but you may still find that you are missing a piece. Unfortunately, we cannot completely eliminate sorting errors or production defects, but are at your disposal if the product does not satisfy you entirely.
If you find that you are missing a part or a piece is damaged when you are done assembling your puzzle, we will be happy to offer you the replacement piece(s). Whatever the reason: whether you have lost it, the dog has eaten it (it happens to me often) or you are certain that it has never been present in the box, we will replace it without any problem. It is far too frustrating to leave an incomplete or imperfect puzzle and we want to avoid this inconvenience.
We cannot prevent possible damaged pieces completely, we can not guarantee that this will never happen. Once the puzzle is printed, the pieces are detached using machines that can occasionally damage some pieces slightly without quality control being able to detect them. If this happens to you rest assured that we will fix it. We will be able to send you all the pieces with a problem so that you have a product in perfect condition.
